Summers are here with scorching heat, leaving us sweaty, messy, fatigued, and wanting to stay in an air-conditioned environment. This extremely high temperature would not let us involve much in outdoor activities. Thus, it becomes important to take care of our health. Summer calls for an abundant amount of drinking to stay hydrated. While water is the best drink to stay hydrated all day, adding some summer coolers to your routine would provide you with extra health benefits.

Sattu is flour made with ground cereals. It’s rich in fiber, calcium, and iron. Sattu water keeps the body cool in the summer and provides instant energy. Drinking Sattu water on an empty stomach has other health benefits as well. Sattu drink can be a complete breakfast meal as well.

Lemonade is one of the basic, popular and refreshing drinks. Lemonade is mostly consumed in every hold especially in summer.
