Pay attention to your diet and nutrition Focus on fruits and vegetables as they give you most of the nutrients that your body requires. You can also switch to tofu and soy products. Also, eat foods rich in iron and calcium. With age, women lose more bone mass than men, this is why it becomes necessary for women to take calcium supplements after 30. But why tale supplements when you can take natural foods. So, make a couple of changes in your diet to stay fit and healthy for the long term. 2. Say “No” to Stress It is said that women take more stress than men which causes hypertension, insomnia, cardiovascular diseases, etc. So, why take the stress? Spend some time on yourselves, engage in activities that you enjoy, and most importantly, try to follow your passion. 3. Regular Health Check-ups Opt for a mammogram, pap smear, and transvaginal once every year that can detect breast cancer, cervical and ovarian cancers. Be aware of them and reduce your chances of contracting them! 4. Exercise and Workout Regular workouts and exercise are a must for everyone. It keeps osteoporosis (which is common in women) at bay! 5. Take care of your sexual health Lack of attention to sexual health might lead to issues in sex, pregnancy, periods, and also relationships. Be open and expressive! This women’s Day, let’s promise to keep ourselves and all the women in our lives fit and healthy!
